  4. From Alabang Muntinlupa City. I have an appointment for my Whirlpool washing machine. I was waiting and waiting and waiting until I called your Muntinlupa an accredited service center “Beth” where I made my appointment, told me their crew came and that no one was in my house and left. On this Age of Technology that everyone has cellphones, why on earth could not inform or call and tell me you were on my doorsteps/in front of my house?? You should know better on how to communicate with your customers. If I didn’t call and ask “where are your service men” you had me waiting… Please upgrade and give your customers the best care after sales.

  5. Hi,
    We have pending request for repair service of refrigerator, which is still under warranty period. Your service agent rep you sent, Rogo recommended for replacement of compressor and reprocessing of unit. Since this is under warranty period, we were told compressor is free, but reprocessing of unit fee is Php5,824. Here are the issues :

    1. Your service agent is not responsive when we asked weeks ago on the breakdown of the reprocessing fee. It took days and weeks to get answer, we even have to call your office more than once to follow-up.
    2. When finally given the quote breakdown, there are info we need to clarify : i.e further detailed breakdown, which we were told to get it to the head-office. Should I ask this to Whirlpool head-office? Why passed the buck? which is what we have been experiencing on this simple issue since day one we asked for this service
    3. Why do they need to pullout the item, and pay Php800, can’t they replace and reprocess parts in our 2-car garage area if the issue is space? Or better yet, why do we need to pay for it. Should this be part of Service? Afterall if compressor is the issue, then this is a factory defect if still under warranty period. They also said 7+ days to service, that long?
    4. Overall this is NOT a delightful experience. We thought getting the Whirlpool brand assures us of quality service even after the sales period; moreso under warranty. This is a disappointment. The responsiveness is below satisfaction level, and repair service is not cheap; it;s almost 25% of the purchase price, making you think to buy a brand new appliance brand other than Whirpool. Please help how to resolve this issue and let us know other options to close on this issue the soonest time. Thanks.

  6. bumili kami ng whirlpool automatic washing machine model #LSP780GP. ONE WEEK palang at di pa nagagamit. nag lo-load lang ng tubig pero tumatapon lang, laging E1 ang display.
    wala namang silbi yung contact number nyo..
    is there any way ma-contact namin ang service center nyo, maliban sa kailangan pang puntahan kyo?
