My problem is I bought an orbit fan after 3 or 4 months di na umandar. After two months for every week na pag follow up ko. They texted me na andun na daw yung item and if gusto ko makausap supplier. I assume na ok na yung i8tem, but then I went to the store and pinakita nila di pa gawa dahil pinapacharge nila sa kanila.

Ny location is in Guagua. How can we trust your product kung ganyan na nasa warranty pa pinababayaran kung ano man deffect meron yung item na nabili. Kaya standard binili ko because I trust the 1uality of your product. I just bought another 2 orbit this May knowing na hindi ako magkakaproblem pagdating sa warranty.

  5. hello sir,
I have an Orbit fan model SOF-18R
the fan has been acting erratic, when I turn it ON it stops right away but at times it turn OFF after a while. I just want to know if it would be less expensive to have it converted to manual rotary switch vs. remote parts or mother board to be fixed.
