  1. well aside from the bulok product that skk do have e di din pala malayo na yun customer service sa repair e super bulok tama nga ang kasabihan na same feather flock together…this customer service personnel sa may sm north edsa e walang sense of urgency…does not have the right to be a front liner pati yun kasamahan niya na when we come in e di pa nakapwesto to assist client…i thought at first janitress siya bcoz she was busy cleaning pero isa pala sa customer repair agent…when we come back to get yun pina repair namen nakabreak naman at di pa rin nag aassist….what kind of personnel is this????skk please look into it….and strongly would not recommend you if you will continue to have this kind of personnel….but your sales personnel is good to name a few of natitira pang maganda sa inyo..

    1. Pinaka walang Kwentang Company, Walang Kwentang Produkto, Walang Kwentang Serbisyo.

      Bumili ako ng phone. Chronos Ace Plus, Umabot lang ng 27 Days, Dead Phone agad.

      Pinareplace ko, ayaw nila kasi lagpas na daw 7 days replacement kahit na defective yung Phone.

      Pinagawa ko sa Repair Center nila sa SM North, Aabutin daw ng 3 to 4 weeks.

      After 3 weeks tumawag ako, Aabutin pa daw ng 1 month or more dahil nag day off daw mga repair men nila from December 23 to January 2.

      OMG, Kami pa ba mag susuffer nun? Umaandar ang araw ng Warranty namin, Bumili kami ng phone dahil kailangan namin, tapos magbabakasyon lang manggagawa ninyo?

      Ipararating namin ito sa DTI kasi maling gawain ito.

  2. Nabagsak kasi yung ko phone tas biglang may lumabas nalang na mga lines ,papalitan na ba agad yung lcd nun or may iba pang pwedeng gawin?

  4. Yong nabili ko po na skk mobile Wala pang 1 month nawala receipt ko bumalik po ako para mag inquire kasi po yong mobile ko Hindi po nag conect sa WiFi.need pa raw recieot kilala naman nila ako kasi always ako bumibili bf phone sa kanila katunayan 4 skk mobile na nabili ko.pano po maayos ito

SKK… disaapointed ako sa product. di man lang umabot ng 1 year..2 months palang wala na sira na headset, sira na port, at shockingly sira na screen… nagtiwala ako sa product na ito masyado, well first impression last. Bagsak kayo sa quality, and somehow service ninyo bagsak din. Di ko na kayo irerecommend, ayusin ninyo ito kung ayaw ninyo isarado na ninyo ang company ninyo.
