  1. I have a Fuji FinePix S2980 camera and I have lost the USB pAtchord used to download photos form the camera to the computer. How would I go about getting a new one? I am leaving for the states on December 1 and want to take my camera with me. I need the cord before then,

    Thank you.

  2. Good day!

May I know if do you repair fujifilm instax mini 7? If yes, may I know where can I bring my camera? Also, appreciate if you can give me the phone number. Thank you.

  3. Hi guys, if you are planning to have your instax cameras fixed, try to search the internet first on what possible defects your cam might have before you send it to them since I found out they don’t have spare parts for it.

In my case, my instax mini 25 had this blinking ‘E’ on the film counter window and the films that came out were all black. I paid 800 Pesos (shipping + diagnostic fee since it was already out-of-warranty) and claimed it at UPTC the following week only to find out it cannot be repaired since my cam had defective lens (faulty wiring daw) and they don’t have the necessary parts for it to be fixed. I was able to talk to the one of the representatives of the service center and he said that they can offer minor fixes lang. It’s pretty much useless to know what problem is and you can’t do anything about it.

tl;dr: If you think your cam requires a certain part to be replaced, don’t bother sending it to them kasi it won’t get fixed anyway.
