  1. yun service technician nyo sa SM MANILA Gigahertz hindi nag eentertain ng costomer mga tamad!!!, gusto iwan agad kahit di pa nachecked ang unit, explain ko problema sbi lang wala dw yun technician eh anu sila? nandun sila pra saan? makipagkwentuhan!! naku naku asus icheck nyo mga empleyado nyo.. Kakainis ha!!!

Tama ka dyan, kanina kagagaling ko lang ako na nagsiSir sa kanya, sabi nung nasa kabilang stoll ipahard reset ko daw sa texh sa gigahertz baka makuha, nung sinabi ko sa tech dun sa gigahertz biglang uun nga ginawa, wala man lang sinabi na mawawala lahat ng files ko, tapos sabi ko daw sa kanya ireset ko, kaya nya nireset, dapat pala sinabi ko sa kanya na ipukpok nya sa ulo nya para yun ang ginawa nya, taenang tech yan.

  2. Yung phone ko ng Sunday March 12 ko pa na pagawa sa gigahertz mother board pala sira ng phone ko hanggang bnalik ko ngaun sa abenson ngayon kayo sinisi ng abenson malabon kaya d pa daw nila maireplace ung phone ko ksi hnhantay nya reps nyo

  3. Yung Asus Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 ko almost 1 week ko pa lang nabili tapos isang beses pa lang nahulog nagloko na agad yung screen. I need an explanation!!!

    1. Anong explanation kelangan mo, kahit naman anong phone pag nabagsak ng malala, masisira. Wag mo sisihin yung provider dahil di nila sagot sa warranty pag ikaw nakabagsak. Wala rin sila kelangan ipaliwanag kasi in the first place dapat di mo sinira.

    bakit nag loloko tuwing tumatawag ako hindi marinig ung kausap ko kailangan pa i loadspeaker anu problema almost 2 weeks plng sakin..hindi nmn na laglag..pls replay..

  5. dati yung zenfone 5 ko po okay naman kaso after ko magupdate hindi na maread sa pc, pati ung OTG hindi na din nahihirahapan ako hindi ko mabackup kasi hindi ko makonek sa pc help please T_T

Mga boss pakiayos ang zenfone, 1 month ko pamlang nabibili yung zenfone 3 max ko nakacharge nung natulog ako paggising ko hindi na nagana screen, hindi pa nga ako nakakapaghulog ng unang installment ko, sira na kagad. Nakakapanghinayang naman ang pera ng mha customer nyo tapos yung tech nyo sa manila gigahertz pakipukpok sa ulo, sarap sapakin eh. Salamat
